My car came in with a shifting issue. The staff were very courteous throughout my time at the service center. The mechanic rode along with me as a tried to duplicate the issue. Unfortunately I had to wait to bring in the car another time because the computer did not recognize the problem. After a light came on and I brought the car in again, the mechanic was able to duplicate the issue himself. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. They even washed my car for me which is a plus! I would definitely come back again for any problems with my car.

I cannot say enough thanks to Alberte who went above and beyond to squeeze me in without an appointment to get my new Veloster serviced for the first time as well as made arrangements to have my passenger side rear tire looked at. It was losing air from time to time and low and behold a large nail was removed and the tire was able to be patched. Just before a long anticipated week-end road trip. Now I can make that trip with ease of mind without worry of potentially being stuck at the side of the road with a flat tire; especially a little scary for a female traveling alone these days.I was late coming back to pick up the car that day. My husband also works in a busy hospital and there are many times in order to help people requires one to stay later. That's what happened that day. Since I had to wait for my husband to get home to take me to Premier Hyandai Oakland Service repair. I could hardly believe that someone like Alberte was kind and considerate enough to stay over closing time to wait for me to pick up my car. So many people today just would not have been so considerate. I think Alberte is an exemplary employee and deserves to be rewarded. I will never forget Albert's simple acts of real human caring, consideration and kindness. I brought my 2013 Accent in for oil change. This was my first visit as I am new to the Bay area. Albert greeted me and took care of me for my service visit. He was incredibly warm and friendly as well as very attentive and helpful. Excellent customer service!! I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Limited.The process was long, and sometimes I felt like I was annoying the people by asking a lot of questions and getting comparisons in cost and payments and options. Its a huge investment for many years to come so I wanted to be absolutely sure. All in all, it worked out well in the end.My sales man Alex was super nice and patient with me. He was funny and relaxed. I would most definitely go back to him for future needs and sales. The time I spent there was long, almost 6 hours, and a lot of it was waiting on other people to print out price comparisons. I love my car, but I could have easily gone with another one there. I wonder if I hadn't felt slightly pressured into buying the more expensive car, which is a little too expensive but I can make it work, if I would be more happy.

I brought my 5 year old elantra 2010 to get a new CV boot and change some belts.The service was fast and great. Max Cubas was friendly and super helpful when I had payment problems when I picked up my car. He also washed my car, vacuumed my floors, woped down my dashboard and the inside of my windshield. He was great, much better than the other associate that gave me false information and the bare minimum when my car was services 2 weeks before.
